Setting the Assessment Criterion
One day in November Juche 104 (2015) the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Pyongyang Children’s Foodstuff Factory.
Looking round the exhibition room of sample products, he said to the officials accompanying him: Now the factory should proceed to diversify goods; since it has been renovated and equipped with the system of analyzing products, which are conditions for ensuring the nutriological and hygienic requirements of the products, it should set a renewed goal of making the products more delicious.
Looking at the characters "renewed goal" he wrote on his hand book, the senior official of the factory wondered what should be the assessment criterion in setting goals.
As if reading the official’s thought, Kim Jong Un continued: Though they do not speak, babies can feel how delicious something is; if they prefer to other countries’ milk, it means this factory’s product is inferior; the assessment criterion for the quality of the products of this factory should be whether they are favoured by children or not.
