Orphans Cut the Inauguration Tapes

On the morning of June 1 Juche 104 (2015) the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Wonsan Orphanage. 

When he reached the front gate of the orphanage, he told the officials that when they had not taken part in its construction, it would stand to no reason that officials cut the tape at its inauguration ceremony. 

The officials looked at him bemusedly, hardly realizing what he meant.

As though reading their thoughts, he said to them: We should follow the intentions of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il in the arrangement, form and method of functions; the inauguration tapes of the baby home and orphanage should be cut by the orphans.

The officials were surprised because as far as they could remember, such a case was unprecedented in history. 

He continued that if the orphans cut the tapes at the inauguration ceremonies of their homes before moving into them, they would not forget it even when they grew up.

As a result the orphans cut the tapes of inauguration of their homes by themselves.
