A Foodstuff Factory for Skin

One February day in Juche 104 (2015), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Pyongyang Cosmetics Factory.

Looking round several places of the factory, he specified the direction and methods for improving the quality of cosmetics and took necessary measures.

Saying that the cosmetics factory can be likened to a foodstuff factory for skin, he continued: As people live on food, it can be said that skin lives on cosmetics. Therefore, there are many indexes concerning the safety of cosmetics. When people use good cosmetics, their components permeate through the skin to beautify its texture, make it elastic and soft and help people look fresh.

That day, he underscored the need for the factory to launch a vigorous campaign to produce larger amounts of cosmetics conducive to making the living of women and other working people more beautiful, elegant and civilized and to improving their health.
