People’s Appreciation Is What Matters

One day in April Juche 100 (2011) Chairman Kim Jong Il visited the Kanggye Koryo Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory. Examining the quality of the medicines carefully, he said that as the DPRK is a socialist country serving the people, only effects proved through clinical test should be mentioned on the manuals of the medicines. He stressed that the factory should produce a larger quantity of good medicines favoured by the people.

An official accompanying him said to him that Ryongsinhwan pills produced in this factory were enjoying great popularity across the country.

Saying affirmatively that the pills produced here were quite popular in Pyongyang and other parts of the country for their high effectiveness, he stressed that a medicine could be called a genuinely efficacious medicine only when it was appreciated by the people.
