You Need to Win People’s Recognition

One day in April 2011, Chairman Kim Jong Il visited the Kanggye Koryo Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory again.

Seeing the slogan “Keep your feet firmly planted on this land and look out over the world!” put on the factory building, he said that the slogan is very good and that the factory should take the lead in implementing the slogan.

An official of the factory reported on the progress of the research the pharmaceutical institute was conducting to introduce new technology into taxol and the efforts of the factory to establish production lines of 20-odd kinds of new medicines.

The Chairman said that the factory should promptly introduce newly developed techniques and good Koryo medicines into production in close contact with universities and research institutes so as to turn out more medicines favoured by the people. 

Saying that Ryongsinhwan pills from the factory are well known across the country for their high efficacy, he noted that medicines should win people’s recognition like this.

This shows the strictest standard of assessment of Kim Jong Il who is endowed with fervent love for the people.
